I agree with the dude on the covenant I maenads they have freaking awesome weapons and a gravity hammer which could kill thousands of locust and they have tech.a lot of awesome tech that they can use to destroy a city or locust.the locust is just bloodthirsty monsters trying to destroy eart or whatever planet they’re on sooooo yea.covenant rules

the covenant have superior technology, glassing beams etc (imagine the hammer of dawn times 1 million)
a covenant hunter could go toe to toe with a berserker,
elites would rape theron guards,
brutes would fuck up the boomers and maulers,
and meanwhile the grunts and wretches would be have a bitch-slapping fight in the corner.

@steenjdb You should get get your facts right. After 15yrs. of war, the Locust can’t defeat the humans of Sera, even after killing a majority of their population on E-Day. Their numbers may be impressive in Gears, but they are worth shit when compared to the Covenant’s numbers. The Covenant’s army contains at least 5 differant species, each from their own planet. They also have thousands of starships. A fleet worth of which can turn Sera into glass in less than a day. The Locust Horde is boned.

@steenjdb Again, wrong. The COG are shit compared to the UNSC. A single Spartan is worth a thousand Gears. Boomers are slow and incredibly unintelligent. As demostrated by them warning their enemies they are about to attack(“Boom”). Easy target practice for any Covenant soldier. Beserkers are blind and are easy prey for cloaked Elites and a Brute’s Gravity Hammer will turn a Beserker’s brain into jelly.

@steenjdb Almost doesn’t count. The Covenant has destroyed thousands of planets. The Locust can’t even conquer one. Covies are technologically superior and have greater numbers. Not to mention that Covenant plasma weapons will turn all those grubs into BBQ. BTW, A Brute Chieftain will kick a Beserker’s ass.

@dnb4evaa The average Locust is a little over 6 feet. The average Covenant Elite is 7′2″. 2 inches shorter than a Locust Beserker. The average Brute is 8′5″, a foot taller than a Beserker. The Covenant has conquered thousands of planets, while the Locust can’t even conquer one. Also, the Covenant don’t use bullets. They use super heated plasma. Corpsers and Brumaks pale in comparison to a Covenant Scarab.
