Actually if you researched the mod instead just of raping it’s trailer with MW music, you’d know that real middle eastern conflicts (Iraq, Afghanistan, Gaza) is just one aspect of the mod and not the primary focus.
The trailer itself shows Russian forces in Eastern Europe, just one example of the fictional conventional conflicts.
