That guy is pretty cool and he did wear a hat but tetris is the most meditative game out there

i vote anthony

Ehh…I vote for Anthony again. Max was just not getting it with his card. And I mean he had a GOOD card. A game where you roll up every single thing in the world until it is one singular object? THAT is transcendence. But he did a crappy job defending it, so I have to give it to Anthony this week.
Honestly? He could have said the same thing about Katamari that was said about Tetris. But he didn’t. So he loses.

@olieo57 Because it’s the best version of the song… Of course that’s not saying much… XD

@Tenuki2 In the real game, the player has a chance to decline the challenge, effectively saying “Yeah, you win.” I’m playing a sort of ’speed/on camera’ variant I created for the show.

I think this metagame could be improved a little. After one player choses one question out of three possible, the second player should have a chance (a choice) to say ‘nah, I don’t like this question’ effectivelly discarding that question and forcing the first player to chose another question out of two remaining questions.
Without this rule second player is at disadvantage unless taking turns and playing even number of games.

@sheeshye We did an interview with Craig during our GDC episode – I don’t really think it needs a review at this point, it’s been reviewed everywhere. If you’re just wondering what I think, I think it’s perfect.

I’d say Tetris is really less of a meditative experience and more of a trance like experience.
Max’s eloquence has won me over.
