Chris Lewis looks like he’s in the business of doing concept art for all sorts of companies. If his official website is to be believed, SEGA has contacted Mr. Lewis to work on some promo art for Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing in the UK. He’s done a few ideas for the in-store promos of the upcoming game.
That stuff is all well and good, but there’s a concept boxart labeled as ‘work-in-progress’ that is a tad strange…
Why on earth would Banjo be on that box? Sure, it’s a work-in-progress boxart, but why randomly put Banjo in there? Some are speculating that there might be console-exclusive characters involved. Of course, this is all just rumor for now. We’ll have to see if those images get yanked from Mr. Lewis’ site soon.
