Mashed potatoes…that’s where it’s at for Thanksgiving. You can have everything else…just give that bowl of starch to me! My belly is quite full indeed, so I’m slinking off to bed for a good night’s rest. I’ll see you guys in just a few, short hours!
I know that some of you don’t exactly look forward to spending time with your family on holidays, as the recipe can be one for disaster. A bunch of adults sitting around discussing things that happened long before you were born. Then, a few hours later the room is dominated by snores and sleeping bodies as the splurge on turkey and all the fixings put your aunts/uncles/cousins/ect into a food-induced stooper. Hopefully that wasn’t the case for your day!
As we mentioned earlier last night, we were hoping you guys would get some gaming in on the day of thanks. With all the family and friends around, it could turn out to be the perfect time for some multiplayer fun. I mean, New Super Mario Bros. Wii is just too enticing not to pester your family into playing! The Wii is always a big hit at family gatherings, and having a new, core-oriented title to play is a great thing!
Here at the warehouse, I was actually pretty busy with the site. Seemed like the news wasn’t going to stop just for some turkeys! With that said, I only got in a little bit of single-player fun, which came in the form of Wireway. Not the multiplayer festivities that I wanted to partake in, but fun nonetheless.
Leave us a comment and let us know how your Thanksgiving gaming went. If you don’t celebrate the event, just let us know what you played during the day in your free time!
