In some ways, I feel like 2009 was the year of under-the-radar. So many great games hit Wii and DS, all coming from third parties, yet many consumers chose to ignore them. Henry Hatsworth got a ton of attention online, but didn’t really get all that much in sales. Little King’s Story is Pikmin with a new skin, but the consumer reaction was lukewarm at best. Here’s to hoping that this list will spur on at least a few more cash register cha-chings!
