While it’s essentially the same as it ever was, the added bells and whistles make this the best SimCity game on the DS.
+ Challenge Mode adds longevity
+ Streamlined menus and tutorial
+ Time travelling adds variety
+ Still hugely addictive
- Basically the same game as before
