I had to snap this picture in covert cellphone-style, so I apologize for the quality. Nicky Hill was playing Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2, and it was getting really intense. I guess this is the gaming position for really crucial operations. Cursing, screaming, and lots of lost patients…and patience! Thankfully, he did make it through…after sweating all over the couch!
