Wouldn’t it be nice to get a new Zelda trailer out of E3? I don’t think it’s going to happen…but you never know. Perhaps, instead of a Zelda announcement, Nintendo will finally show off the oft-rumored DS Lite redesign. Everyone from Nintendo fans to analysts seem to think that the project is in the works. According to Nintendo, that won’t be happening either.
Does that mean that Nintendo won’t be talking about either of these things at E3? Not at all…Nintendo loves to pull the wool over our eyes. They denied the DS Lite pretty much up to the day it was announced. Just because Nintendo says ‘no’ doesn’t mean that it’s the truth. A new Zelda and DS Lite at E3 could be just what the core crowd ordered.
