In order to perform this taunt, you must keep pressing the down taunt button really fast. If you fail and Snake is in his box. Quickly get out of the box and quickly press the taunt button again. Eventually you’ll get it. I was using the Gamecube controller and I was pressing the down taunt really fast. This taunt can only be performed on the stage called, Shadow Moses Island and can only be done once. You’ll have to exit and restart the level to view more character codecs.
