dude @MachinimaSports, I’m trying to lebron up my vertical leap by following the workout system at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com – and so far improved past 12 inches thus far sadly I am only a bit off from being able to jump high enuff to dunk the ball smoothly. It is nothing but my first month thus far, can you give me more guidelines?

Jamal Crawford and Ginobili abused the 6th man system based on Optiks reasons for the award. If you play 35 Mins off the bench and better than the starter, then you are basically a starter.. Odom definitely deserves it. Started less than 1/3 of the season and only due to injury.
